Why it helps
Pick up a case later or on another device, and see a car's full diagnostic and invoice history.
Every diagnostic is saved with its car. The history lists ongoing and completed diagnostics and service reports per vehicle, with the filters Ongoing, Completed, Service and All. On a diagnostic page, 'Switch diagnostic' lets you jump to other sessions on the same car.
When you reopen a session, your results, check answers and repair progress are all restored, on any device.
How to
- Open Start and pick the car from History (filter All, Ongoing, Completed or Service)
- On the Diagnostic card choose View ongoing diagnostic
- On a diagnostic page use the Switch diagnostic dropdown to jump between diagnostics for the car
Good to know
- Free plan: you see your last 5 ongoing diagnostics. Full history is available on paid plans.
- Deleting a vehicle removes the car and all its diagnostic sessions from History. This cannot be undone.
- Each mechanic's diagnostics and history are saved to their own login.

Who in my workshop can see my diagnostics?
Only you. Each mechanic's diagnostics and history are saved to their own login, so colleagues in the same workshop do not see your diagnostics, History or service reports, and only the user who created a diagnosis can complete it.
