Why it helps
Pick up any job where you left off without searching for the car again.
Under the vehicle picker on Start, History lists every car you have worked on. There is one card per car, identified by plate or VIN, with its last recorded mileage. Each card shows how many ongoing diagnostics, completed jobs and service reports it has.
Filter by All, Ongoing, Completed or Service, click a car to open its page, or delete a car with its whole history.
How to
- Open Start
- Scroll to History below Select your vehicle
- Pick a filter (All, Ongoing, Completed, Service)
- Click a car card to open its vehicle page, or use Delete vehicle (trash icon) to remove the car and all its records
- Use Clear history (trash icon next to the filters) to clear the list
Good to know
- Free plan: 5 ongoing diagnostics are visible. More are behind the 'Full history' upgrade prompt. Paid plans are unlimited.
- Deleting a car deletes every diagnostic and service report for it.
- History belongs to your own login: each mechanic's diagnostics and history are saved to their own login, and colleagues in the same workshop do not see them.

Under History on the Start page, filter by Ongoing, Completed, Service or All and open the car. On a diagnostic page, Switch diagnostic lists the other sessions for the same car. The Free plan shows the 5 latest ongoing diagnostics.

What happens when I delete a car from History?
The car and every diagnostic and service report for it are removed from History, and this cannot be undone.

Who in my workshop can see my diagnostics?
Only you. Each mechanic's diagnostics and history are saved to their own login, so colleagues in the same workshop do not see your diagnostics, History or service reports, and only the user who created a diagnosis can complete it.
