As a Free workshop admin you can upgrade yourself in a few clicks. Pick a plan, billing cycle and currency, and you are taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page. After payment you return to WrenchLane on the new plan.
How to
- Menu > Profile
- Plan & billing > Upgrade
- Choose Monthly or Yearly and a currency
- Click Get One / Get Small / Get Large
- Pay on the Stripe Checkout page
Good to know
- Payment is taken right away; there is no self-serve free trial.
- The One plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Small and Large are charged from the first day and you can cancel anytime.
- Tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. You can add a VAT ID and billing address there.
- If you subscribed in the iOS app, change your plan in the app instead.
- Only the workshop admin can upgrade.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
No. Paid plans are charged from the first day; there has been no self-serve free trial since 26 August 2026. The One plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and every paid plan can be cancelled anytime. Trial periods are only set up by the WrenchLane sales team or through a partner programme, and a banner then counts down the days.

How do I upgrade?
As the workshop admin, go to Menu, Profile, Plan & billing and click Upgrade. Choose monthly or yearly and your currency, click Get One, Get Small or Get Large and pay on the Stripe checkout page.
