    Manage subscription and payment method

    Admins can open the Stripe Customer Portal ('Manage subscription') for invoices and subscription details, and add or update the card through a Stripe Checkout setup page that also captures the full billing address ('Update payment method' / 'Add payment method'). Plan & billing shows the next billing date.

    Admins manage billing from Plan & billing. Manage subscription opens the billing portal with your invoices and subscription details. Update payment method (or Add payment method) lets you add or change the card and your full billing address.

    Good to know

    • Available on paid and trial plans.
    • If you subscribed in the iOS app, you will see 'Your subscription is managed through the WrenchLane iOS app.' and manage it there.
    • Only the workshop admin can manage billing.
