One subscription covers the whole workshop team, managed by the owner.
Admins add colleagues to the workshop in Manage team. Create a user with a username, optional email, role (Admin or Mechanic) and password. You can also search users, change roles, set a new password and remove users.

Good to know
- Free and One: 1 user. Small and Large: up to 11 users.
- Add user is disabled when you reach the limit.
- There is no email invitation: you set the password and share it with the mechanic, who sets their own on first login.
- Usernames can use letters, numbers, dots, hyphens and underscores, no spaces.
- Admins cannot be removed; change the role to Mechanic first. At least one admin must remain.
- An email that already has a WrenchLane account cannot be added; contact support to move that account.
- If the workshop drops to a non-paid plan, other members are locked until you upgrade.

Why are my mechanics locked out?
When a workshop's plan drops to Free, the extra team members are locked until the admin upgrades again. Plan & billing shows how many members are locked.
