    If you forget your password, request a verification code by email from the login page and use it to set a new password.

    How to

    1. On the log in page click Forgot password?
    2. Enter your account email and click Continue
    3. Enter the code you receive and your new password, then Reset password

    Good to know

    • Your account needs an email address. Users created by an admin without an email should ask their admin to set a new password.
    • Too many attempts in a row are temporarily blocked; wait a moment and try again.
