Why it helps
Workshops can grow or shrink their plan without contacting support.
Paying admins can move between One, Small and Large, or between monthly and yearly billing, from Choose your plan. The change is confirmed in the billing portal.
If a change takes effect later, Plan & billing shows 'Your plan will change to X on DATE' and you keep your current features until then. You can undo it with Cancel scheduled change.
How to
- Menu > Profile
- Plan & billing > Change plan
- Click Switch plan on the target card
- Confirm in the Stripe portal
- To undo a pending change: Plan & billing > Cancel scheduled change
Good to know
- If your team has more users than the new plan allows, you will see 'Too many team members for this plan. Remove some before switching.'
- On a trial without a card, click Add payment method first.
- Only the workshop admin can switch plans.

Can I switch to another plan?
Yes. In Plan & billing click Change plan and Switch plan on the plan you want, then confirm. A change that takes effect later is shown with its date and can be undone with Cancel scheduled change; switching is blocked if your team is larger than the new plan allows.
