    A paying admin can downgrade to Free from the pricing page. The paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the workshop moves to Free. Until then Plan & billing shows the end date and an 'Undo cancellation' button.

    Why it helps

    Clear, self-serve cancellation without losing access mid-period.

    You can cancel a paid plan by downgrading to Free. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the workshop moves to Free.

    Until then, Plan & billing shows the end date ('Your plan ends on DATE. You'll be moved to the Free plan.') and an Undo cancellation button.

    How to

    1. Menu > Profile
    2. Plan & billing > Change plan
    3. On the Free card click Downgrade to Free
    4. Confirm downgrade > Yes, downgrade
    5. To revert: Plan & billing > Undo cancellation

    Good to know

    • Remove all team members before switching to Free; the app will remind you.
    • You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for.
    • Only the workshop admin can downgrade.
