Why it helps
One place per car to start or resume every job.
After you choose a vehicle you land on its page. A vehicle panel shows the image, engine, power, fuel and mileage. Below it are cards for Diagnostic, Images & diagrams, Service & maintenance, TSBs, Manuals, Electronics and OEM info.
The cards show ongoing work, invoices and saved service reports for this exact car, so the vehicle page is where you start or resume every job.
How to
- On Start, click a car in History or select a vehicle
- The vehicle page shows the car name, engine code, power, fuel and kilometers
- Use the search bar 'Ask anything about this vehicle', or the quick chips Wear parts, Fluids, Manuals, Electronics and OEM info
- Click a card: Diagnostic, Service & maintenance, TSBs, Manuals, Electronics or OEM info (Images & diagrams in the US, Canada and Mexico). Cards with saved work open a menu (for example New diagnostic, View diagnostic, View ongoing repair, View invoice, See more)
- To switch car, click the pencil icon next to the car name (Change car)
Good to know
- Diagnostic and TSBs are available everywhere. Images & diagrams is for the US, Canada and Mexico. Service & maintenance, Manuals, Electronics and OEM info are for European vehicles with technical data.
- Locked cards show an Upgrade or Unlock ribbon.
- Cards with saved work open a chooser showing 3 items first. See more adds 3 at a time.
- Quick chips under the search bar (Wear parts, Fluids, Manuals, Electronics, OEM info) jump straight to common data.
- Service & maintenance opens the planner directly when the car has no saved service report.
