Repair times and job sheet

Look up OEM book times for repair tasks, filter by category and job type, and add tasks to a job sheet. The job sheet shows the total if done separately and the lower total if combined in one visit, because shared prep only counts once.

Why it helps

Accurate quotes and fair labour times for multi-job visits.

Look up OEM book times for repair tasks, filter by category and job type, and add tasks to a job sheet. The job sheet shows two totals: the time if each task is done separately, and the lower time if they are combined in one visit, because shared prep only counts once.

That gives you accurate quotes and fair labour times for multi-job visits.

How to

  1. Open Manuals on a vehicle
  2. Choose Repair times
  3. Search repair tasks, or filter with the category chips, the Group dropdown and Hide generic checks
  4. Open a task's info and press Add this task to job sheet, then View job sheet

Good to know

  • Available on Small and Large, and on One for the unlocked vehicle, in European countries with technical data coverage.
  • The job sheet is cleared if you change the vehicle variant.
  • 'Hide generic checks' hides universal checks such as horn, lights and tyre pressure.
  • Job sheet totals are labelled as rough.
Can I look up repair times and build a job sheet?

Yes. In Manuals, Repair times, search or filter tasks and add them to a job sheet. The job sheet shows the total if the jobs are done separately and the lower total if they are combined in one visit.

Can I show labor times in hours or periods and add a markup?

Yes, since version 3.10 in European countries. Show repair times as hours and minutes or as periods and set a percentage markup on book times; the markup carries through to the invoice.
