WrenchLane is expanding in Sweden and is now looking for an independent Sales Agent in Skåne. The position is part-time (40–60%) with flexible hours.

About WrenchLane

WrenchLane is a fast-growing startup founded in 2023. Driven by a passion for cars and racing, we have a clear mission: to revolutionize vehicle diagnostics and simplify daily life for independent workshops.

We are currently building our sales organization, and you will be the first person outside the founding team to sell our service. However, you will be part of a global network of sales representatives as we simultaneously begin recruitment in other markets.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience: You have a background in car workshops, auto parts, or the automotive aftermarket.
  • Mindset: You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
  • Motivation: You thrive in a commission-based role where your efforts directly impact your income.
  • Location: Ideally, you live in or near a major urban area in Skåne to easily reach numerous workshops.
  • Diversity: We especially welcome female applicants—we want to contribute to a more gender-equal industry.

What we offer

  • Flexibility: A part-time role (40–60%) that can be combined with other assignments.
  • Support: Access to a CRM system, demo accounts, training, and marketing materials.
  • The Product: A modern SaaS solution that makes a real difference for workshops.
  • Impact: The opportunity to work closely with the founders and influence the service through customer feedback.
  • Growth: The chance to grow with us—the right person can eventually build and lead a sales network across more regions in Sweden.
  • Startup Culture: The benefits of working in a tech startup: short decision-making paths, an innovative environment, and the chance to make a real impact.

About the role

As a Sales Agent, you are responsible for establishing and developing relationships with independent workshops in southern Sweden. You will introduce WrenchLane’s AI assistant, demonstrate its functionality, and provide support until the customer is up and running.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take control of their own sales, work in a fast-paced tech environment, and help change how workshops operate in the future.
