This update introduces a redesigned start experience, improved vehicle workflows, expanded OEM-data access and major improvements to multilingual support across the platform.
A cleaner workflow from vehicle selection to repair
The new Start page replaces the previous dashboard and creates a more unified workflow around the selected vehicle. Once a vehicle has been identified, technicians can now move seamlessly between:
- Diagnostics
- TSBs
- Service & Maintenance
- Manuals
Everything is now organized inside a shared vehicle workspace with improved navigation, browser history support and better multi-tab handling. Different vehicles can now remain open in separate browser tabs without interfering with each other — making it much easier to work with multiple ongoing jobs simultaneously.
We have also added:
- recent vehicle history
- previous diagnostic sessions
- improved breadcrumb navigation
- faster back/forward browser behavior
- reduced flickering and state issues across workflows
Manuals replaces “Technical Data”
One of the biggest user-facing changes is the introduction of the new Manuals section.
The previous “Technical Data” entry has now been renamed to Manuals and is more deeply integrated into the workflow. Mechanics can now access relevant OEM information from Infopro Digital Automotive directly from the selected vehicle page through a much clearer interface.
This includes continued improvements around:
- wiring diagrams
- engine data
- ECU information
- fuel injection systems
- OEM repair and service information
The goal is simple: reduce the time technicians spend searching for information and instead surface the right data at the right step in the repair process.
Interact in your native language
WrenchLane is available in 17 languages.
As modern vehicles become more software-driven and technically complex, access to information in a technician’s native language becomes increasingly important. Diagnostic procedures, TSBs, service workflows and OEM instructions often contain advanced terminology that can be difficult to interpret — especially for newer technicians entering the industry.
By improving multilingual support and translation quality, WrenchLane aims to help workshops:
- onboard technicians faster
- reduce misunderstandings in diagnostics and repairs
- support training and skill development
- make advanced OEM information more accessible globally
This becomes especially important in a market where workshops across Europe and North America continue to struggle with technician shortages and increasing vehicle complexity.
We have also improved the underlying translation engine and rebuilt large parts of our localization workflow to ensure higher consistency across all supported languages, including improved support for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Persian.
Service & usability improvements
This release also includes several practical workflow improvements across the platform:
- Service planner now supports imperial mileage input for markets such as the US
- Improved signup validation and onboarding flows
- Better mobile responsiveness in settings and team management
This update is another step toward our long-term vision: creating a unified AI-powered workflow platform where diagnostics, OEM data, service planning and repair knowledge work together in one system for modern workshops.
