More OEM Data in WrenchLane
In this update, we are continuing to build toward our goal of bringing more technical OEM information directly into WrenchLane. We are now introducing wiring diagrams for engine systems, interior systems, and more.
The idea is to make more manufacturer information directly available in the service, so you can find the right supporting data faster without having to search across multiple different systems.
Two important parts of this release are Electronics and OEM Info.
Electronics – wiring diagrams and guided measurements directly in the vehicle
Under the new Electronics section, you can now find wiring diagrams for, among other things:
- Engine management systems
- Brakes
You also get access to:
- Component locations
- Fuses
- Relays
The important part here is that you do not only see the diagram itself. You also get help understanding how to troubleshoot in practice.
For example, you can click into a component, such as the accelerator pedal position sensor, and get help with:
- Which points to measure
- Whether to measure in volts or ohms
- What value to expect
- How to check the component, wiring, and ground points

This makes it easier to determine whether the fault is in:
- The component
- The wiring
- The connector
- Ground or power supply
In short: less guessing and a clearer next step in the troubleshooting process.

OEM Info – more manufacturer information directly in the service
The OEM Info section has also been expanded to give you faster access to relevant manufacturer information.
You can now search using:
- Free text
- Symptoms
- Internal fault codes
This makes it possible to find information even when you do not have a standard fault code to start from.
You will also find several new areas:
SmartCASE™
Here you can find previous faults and cases collected by InfoProDigital Automotive from reports.
This can help you recognize recurring problems and see how similar faults have appeared in the past.
Recall Data
Here you can find the manufacturer’s own recalls and warranty cases.
You can search by:
- VIN number
- Diagnosis
This makes it easier to see whether the vehicle is covered by a known manufacturer case.

Built to make the job easier
This is another step toward bringing diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and OEM information together in one tool.
With Electronics and OEM Info, it becomes easier to find the right information faster — directly in the workflow.
