The chat knows what you are working on. Open it on a diagnostic page and it knows that diagnosis: the codes, the causes and your answers. Open it on a repair guide and it also knows that cause's repair steps, so a question like 'how do I do step 3?' just works.
The cause buttons 'Why this cause?' and 'How to verify?' open the chat with the question already written.
