Why it helps
Documents and videos open in the phone's own viewer, and the user can get back to the app.
In the app, links to other websites, YouTube and TSB PDF documents open in your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome) instead of inside the app. TSB links are refreshed first so they do not expire.
How to
- Tap a TSB or external link in a search result or chat answer: it opens in the system browser
Good to know
- Switch back to the WrenchLane app when you are done reading.
