What is a referral?
A referral simply means you recommend WrenchLane to another workshop, with your own personal link. It could be a colleague, a workshop owner you know, or a workshop you work with. When they sign up through your link, we know the tip came from you, so we can reward you.
One free month for every workshop
It’s simple: every new paying workshop you refer gives you ONE MONTH of WrenchLane for FREE.

Already on Small or Large? Your reward goes towards your subscription. Using Free or ONE? You’ll get 30 days of Small for free instead.
Where is my link?
In WrenchLane, open Profile → Refer a workshop. Everyone in your workshop’s team sees the same link. Copy it, or use Copy message and Send by email for a ready-made invitation.
How it works, step by step
- Copy your personal referral link in Profile → Refer a workshop.
- Share it with another workshop the way you usually talk: SMS, WhatsApp, email or in person.
- They click the link and create an account. The link fills in your code for them, and they see that you invited them. They can also type the code by hand in the Referral code field when they sign up.
- When they choose Small or Large, the 50% discount is applied to their first month automatically.
- When they become a paying customer, you earn your free month. It is ready 14 days after their first payment. On Small or Large it is applied to your invoice automatically. On Free or ONE, your workshop admin starts the 30 days of Small in Profile → Refer a workshop.
Good to know
- Rewards are granted no earlier than 14 days after a referred workshop’s qualifying first payment.
- Up to 12 free months per 12-month period; additional rewards require review.
- Referred workshops on an annual plan receive an equivalent first-purchase discount.
- Free and ONE users must claim their reward; a payment card is required for Free users, and Small renews as a paid subscription unless cancelled.
- Please share the link with workshops you know, not as mass messages or ads.
