14-day money-back guarantee

Buy WrenchLane ONE, and if it isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. Email or call, tell us what didn't work, and we'll handle it.

Last updated 18 August 2026

What's covered

The guarantee covers the first payment on the ONE plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly. It applies to the account that made the payment, once per customer.

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stay on it as long as you like.

The window

14 calendar days from the date of your first payment — not from when the account was created. If you pay on the 5th, you have until the 19th.

Yearly plans get the same 14 days, and we refund the full year. We don't pro-rate it.

How to claim

Either of these is fine:

Tell us three things:

  1. The email address on the account
  2. Roughly when you paid
  3. What didn't work for you

The third is the only one that takes any thought, and a sentence is enough. We ask because it's how we find out what to fix — not as a hurdle.

What happens next

We'll confirm within one working day that we have your request.

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid from — we can't send it anywhere else, for fraud reasons. It leaves us within 5 working days and typically appears on your statement 5–10 working days after that, depending on your bank. Payments are processed by Stripe.

The refund also cancels the subscription, so ONE access ends when we process it. If you would rather keep access to the end of the period you paid for, cancel instead of claiming the refund.

What isn't covered

Cancelling is not the same as refunding

Cancelling stops the next payment and keeps your access until the current period ends. You can do it yourself in account settings at any time, no reason needed.

A refund returns money you have already paid. That's what this guarantee is for, and it's limited to the first payment inside 14 days.

If you're past the window and simply don't want to be billed again, cancel — you don't need to contact us for that.

Business customers

WrenchLane is sold to workshops and other business customers. As our Privacy Policy states, the service is designed for corporate clients and business entities rather than private individuals.

Business buyers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — which is precisely why we offer this guarantee voluntarily. It is a commercial promise, not a legal minimum.

If you believe you are contracting as a private consumer rather than for a business, tell us before you buy. Consumer law would give you rights that override anything on this page, and we would rather get that straight up front.

Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you paid. Earlier versions are available on request.
